Senior Account Manager We are seeking a Senior Account Manager. Eager to learn more and embark on a new adventure? Keep reading! Your responsibilities: As a Senior Account Manager you will define and manage the relationships between the company and existing customers. You are responsible for determining the Account Manager's individual approach in order to create strong and lasting relationships and achieve established sales goals. You create opportunities for the business by gathering information and keeping the business informed. Furthermore, you will analyze company sales information and use key information in developing sales approaches with your team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales performance metrics. You are responsible for increasing the sales productivity through improved sales processes and approaches and adoption of effective business tools. You will work closely with other departments (operations, marketing, business development, digital solutions, product development). Your profile: Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, marketing or related field Working experience of at least 7 years in Sales Operations or as a project engineer, lead engineer or specialist Ability to operate effective customer relationship to generate sales opportunities Experience in customer relation management leading to increased customer acquisition and retention Demonstrate a passion and genuine desire to draw insights that will lead to the development of effective sales strategies Good communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for any audience on technical and business side Willingness to travel is required Business-fluent in both English and Dutch About PA Solutions: Process Automation Solutions is one of the leading manufacturer-independent suppliers of complete automation solutions for the process and manufacturing industries.
