The future looks like you In this role you will be reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits – HR legal Europe. Please note that this role is a 1 year fix-termed contract due to maternity cover. Your responsibilities Serve as the legal point of contact for C&A HR teams and advises the HR team on legal matters such as employment, social security and pensions Assist the team on workers' council negotiations Manage employee disputes and litigation for leadership with or without the assistance of outside counsel, depending on the circumstances Help drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements Review and develop employee policies and procedures for the European group Develop and conduct training to the HR community on new regulation, compliance topics, etc What you bring You have 3-4 years of experience in an fast-paced international organization and a completed law degree You are able to efficiently prioritize competing demands from many internal stakeholder You possess effective client-counseling skills plus strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities You have fluent written and oral communication skills in English and good language skills in either French or Dutch What we offer An exciting job in an international and inspirational working environment A positive working atmosphere with an open feedback culture Flexible working hours and the option to work from home (2 days remotely per week) C&A fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
