Job Summary: Lead the EMEA , Immunology and Retina IBP function across the entire region, collaborating with commercial TA leadership to drive commercial engagement, develop and oversee integrated regional strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develops a deep understanding of the EMEA region and the Immunology and Retina therapeutic area(s.) • Implement and monitor the regional Supply Chain IBP for the Therapeutic Areas. • Represent Supply Chain at NPI governance forums and in the pre-launch NPI process with VCM to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives and priorities and provide a regional Supply Chain voice. • Accountable for enhancing launch excellence processes and executing critical product launches, while also evolving go-to-market models • Develop an integrated SC strategy for EMEA in close collaboration with the regional Therapeutic Area commercial leader and other relevant stakeholders. • Identify risks and opportunities for growth and provide recommendations and solutions to senior management. • Integrates customer needs and local market strategy inputs into IMSC/IM strategy process. • Develop Supply Chain tactics, action plans and value metrics to execute regional strategy. Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization.) • Partner with IMSC Strategy & Deployment and Value Chain Teams to support Product/Portfolio Strategy development and execution. • Partner with Value Chain Management (VCL/SCDL) to support new product launch strategy and execution in North America region. • Co-lead the Support Portofolio Management Review, co-lead with Finance the Integrated Reconcialiation and co-prepare the Management Business Review on be-half of the Supply Chain LeaderMonthly Therapeutic Business Review of the Monthly cycle of IBP for the Therapeutic Area(s) he / she is accountable for. Qualifications: Education: • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and/or Operations is required, Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is strongly preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : • Strong commercial acumen: Understanding of commercial/business strategy, its drivers, and how it relates to supply chain operations. • Proven track record of developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive innovation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. • Ability to communicate effectively with Commercial executives and stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong Experience and background in Demand Planning leading IBP and Market Demand Planning • Demonstrated experience with commercial integration, successfully partnering with commercial leaders and driving business strategy. • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Operations and end to end supply chain acumen.
