In the role as Total Rewards Specialist you will: - Work with company database programs to optimize & process payroll. - Manage the payroll from A to Z to comply with deadlines. - Leading the payroll of a Unit store and it’s stakeholders (P&C HR & People Planners) - Maintain personnel database regarding salaries. - Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense. - Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management. - Provide payroll expertise towards payroll specialists in Community of Expertise team. - Support towards organization – a shared responsibility in the team). - Furthermore, you will contribute with setting processes and delivering payroll expertise. You act as the owner of the HR Payroll system and create payroll support. You are first line contact with intern stakeholders - Store Unit P&C Management regarding payroll. You develop and maintain a solid partnership and open communication with the store P&C Team.
